SEALER VS. WAX
Should you seal your floor or wax it?
They are both great options, but take a look at this photo.
On the left is a floor with multiple coats of sealer. After years of improper maintenance by inexperienced cleaning staff, this is the result - a gross disgusting looking floor that needed an entire weekend of work by a crew of floor techs to restore, at considerable expense. The floor is now coated with multiple coats of commercial grade wax and is:
